Authentic Indian food in a slightly off-putting impersonal environment. I had the Korma here and it was simply amazing- better than any takeaway. Meal for 4 was £80, so it's not cheap, but worth it for a treat.
The staff are more than happy to explain the different items on the menu to you, which I must admit I needed. All the takeaway favourites are there, along with some items I've never heard of. Naam breads are fresh and delicious - just the way they should be. -

Jaipur Palace does some really nice food. The atmosphere though, is a little cold, and as another reviewer said, 'impersonal'. But it's a great place to go to with all your friends.
The staff too are nice people and enquiries are welcomed. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it once in a while. -

We went there with a huge group from work. The service was quick even though we hadn't preordered. The food was lovely. Really tasty and fresh.

Not by far the better of the local curry houses. Maybe on a par with the bigger more brash Ganges a few doors along. Seeing the man in the Indian outfit on the doorstep suggests a bit of authenticity or zing at the Jaipur but alas it is very ordinary and doesn't seem to be comfortingly busy either.
